Are users stupid.......technically the answer is no! But....

After my time working @ BT, I did learn one simple rule. It is:

The ONLY good user is a DEAD user.

A bit drastic, but ask anyone who has to deal with server administration and they'll agree.

The same even applies in my present job! The only good Indpendant Financial Advisors are the dead ones (no names mentioned..for the moment)!
