PS I bought Jon Udell's book a couple of months ago on the strength
of the Conversant implementation of the groupware concept. I think
your PR material could get some mileage out of the fact that
Conversant is like a reference implementation. I seem to recall a
comment you made in a reply to Dave W along the lines that Jon Udell
liked Conversant.
