It may be a reflection on how high-level software classes have become. It may be a reflection on how few software classes there seem to be for me to take these days. Then again it may be a reflection on how little I paid attention.

Whatever the case, when I've finished the last of my exams, I'm going back to bcc32 and bumping up my C knowledge. There's just something in my water that tells me I don't know enough low level stuff, and I feel intellectually stunted because of it.

While I'm at it, though, I think I'll learn C++. I'm not a big fan of procedural programming, but I'll have to wait until I get back into it before I can reliably tell you why. Maybe it's just that Java is all I've really ever known.
