macosxhints - Change default Mozilla/Netscape email client "If you want to change the email client that Mozilla launches when an email link ("mailto" link) is clicked then:"... Excellent! I now have Eudora set up as my default e-mail client for the mailto: protocol in Mozilla. PS The previous macosxhints - Use an external mail app with Mozilla mailto links thread contains some useful/interesting hints too.
