I just missed getting a place at the Institutional Web Management Workshop and so was third on the reserve list. I was delighted to get a phone call earlier today that confirmed that a place was available. Should be a good technical workshop. Starts next Wednesday in Bath.

The format of the Workshop will consist of a mixture of presentations, discussion groups, demonstrations and hands-on sessions. The majority of the speakers are experienced web practitioners from the Higher Education community, who are aware of the issues and concerns of this community.

The web is fantastic! Within a few minutes of knowing I could go I had found out the best times and route for the train. Shame the WWW can't do all my work for me ;-)
