Earlier this evening I put in some hard graft demolishing part of the wall at the back of our garden. I guess it's about 120 years old and the wall on my neighbour's side had developed an alarming bulge. So we had decided to knock down the unsafe section and have it rebuilt from a sound foundation.

I thoroughly enjoyed the manual labour - it made a change from my normal sedentary work.
