Thanks for asking. It's my understanding that a 'changes' URL
linking to an XML version of recent changes needs to be submitted via
the prefs page - http://www.weblogs.com/prefs/. In the case of my
(defunct) Manila weblog the XMLised changes are at
http://duncan.weblogs.com/xml/scriptingnews2.xml
I'm trying to find out of there is an alternative way of getting weblogs.com to
recognise changes but so far no luck.
