I got Eclipse working today with the latest SWT Carbon release and it looks really good. The visual glitches from the previous version are gone and I didn't encounter any bugs. The integration with CVS looks really powerful. Too bad I do all my programming in VHDL, weird assembly, and C.

Some of my student might care to take note of the above ;-) I've always admired Wes' abiding interest in Computer Science and his atuteness for digging up great (links to) articles on the web. I'm not surprised that he has been hired by IBM.

Note to self: I'll need to investigate Eclipse in the near future. It's great that all this open source software is being made available for Mac OS X too.
