It'll Be an Open-Source World

Forrester forecasts that within four years, all traditional software vendors will need to change their proprietary business models to open-source ones, or drastically lower the price of enterprise application licenses.

Dave Winer linked to this story with the byline "More evidence that the open source bubble has burst." Well excuse me, I don't see how anyone could come to that conclusion. Hopefully Dave will explain his remarks further in the inevitable discussion that will follow this statement.
