I agree. I thought it was a great speech but I have been disappointed by how little attention it has attracted. It is obviously up to individuals to react to and try and take this debate forward. Personally I'm thinking about looking at various aspects of the speech with my form at school.
The speech was very insightful and dealt with many of the problems confronting the 21st Century and considered ways to tackle them. Education is cheaper than war, you can't argue with that and the fact the we now live in the age of global information and interchange, which if used responsibly can only be good for the future of society. More openness and a greater respect for eachother's humanity is key.
