How did I find this? With a Google search for sites that contain links to www.smeed.org. I know that there's a few EditThisPage.com sites that link to me but they didn't show up in the search so it does seem that Google has expunged the indices to the ETP crowd - as reported by Andrea and David.

I have to say that it's rather disingenuous of Dave to suggest that some of us are just 'finding' out that the Internet doesn't work. Balls! The only things that I've had reinforced by this event are (a) Manila doesn't scale, and (b) Dave, as usual, flames others without checking his facts first. I suspect that I'm not the only one that finds his reaction to an appropriate diagnosis of the issue - see the thread starting at http://www.truerwords.net/658 for instance - to be inappropriate. I've not done an analysis of the timing of posts but if anyone has read the thread(s) they'll be amused by the admission in http://wmf.editthispage.com/discuss/msgReader$4082?mode=day

You'd almost think that those of us that highlighted the issues were playing dirty and had gripped Dave by the Google(ys) and squeezed ;-)
