An old student of mine - Morv - contacted me this evening asking, amongst other things, whether I know of any competent students who may be talented enough to work for VIS Entertainment - one of the most successful Scottish companies in the games software industry.

It's very gratifying to see my ex-students doing well for themselves. Most that get in contact with me admit to have learnt to appreciate that the hell I put them through in the Low-Level Programming and Computer Architecture and Design classes was ultimately for a good cause ;-)
